Dozens of paper cranes appear and flutter in an area of 60 feet radius from a point on ground that you can see within range, distracting your enemies. All your allies in the area gain +2 bonus to their AC and the evasion feature; when they are subjected to an effect that allows them to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, they instead take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw and only half damage if they fail; the paper cranes in the area take the damage instead. They can't use this feature if they have the Incapacitated condition.
GM decides if the paper cranes are worn out before the maximum duration. That will happen if enough evocation spells are launched into the area. A Meteor Swarm will certainly end this effect, while a few normal Fireball spells won't. GM uses their common sense.
It is rumoured that the cranes are summoned from the Elemental Plane of Paper, where all things are made of paper and origami.
