Use a certain legendary ranger as the model...or maybe Gurkha soldiers!
Level 20: Mark Slayer Your Hunter's Mark has Vulnerability against all of your attacks and spells, even if they had Resistance to the damage type. Only if they have Immunity, they are somewhat protected—they take normal damage from you from the damage type in question.
