Caster creates a bright, flower-like ball of light on their palm. It then bursts, making a loud bang like fireworks. The sound startles every enemy within 5 feet of you. They need to make a Wisdom saving throw, DC 12, or suffer the Frightened condition for one round. Creatures who make the saving throw are immune to the frightening effect of this spell for 24 hours.
The burst also illuminates a spread of 10 feet radius around you with Bright Light, and 20 feet more with Dim Light for one round, until the start of your next turn.
