When you cast this spell at a target within range, the victim feels (but does not actually get) the nastiest ever paper cut somewhere in their body (caster decides where). Target makes a Constitution saving throw, taking 1d6 Psychic damage on a failed save and is Incapacitated for one round, or half as much damage on a successful one and avoids being Incapacitated.

Using paper cut is generally considered an evil act.
