Enchantment Cantrip (Sorcerer, Wizard) [evil]
Casting Time: Action
Range: 60 feet
Components: V, S
Duration: Instantaneous
When you cast this spell at a target within range, the victim feels (but does not actually get) the nastiest ever paper cut somewhere in their body (caster decides where). This causes a short but extreme pain. "A paper cut isn't a smooth slice. It's more like a serrated blade that's grabbing and ripping."[1]
Target makes a Constitution saving throw, taking 1d6 Psychic damage on a failed save and is Incapacitated for one round, or half as much damage on a successful one and avoids being Incapacitated.
Cantrip Upgrade. The damage increases by 1d6 when you reach levels 5 (2d6), 11 (3d6), and 17 (4d6).
Using paper cut is generally considered an evil act.
