Level 9 Conjuration (Cleric, ...)?
You and up to 8 creatures of your choice will transform into bright beams of light and fly instantly to any place in the world where there is moonlight, leaving behind an arc of moonlight along your route. The path can be followed, but it dissipates at next dawn, and the journey might be thousands of miles long. Also, this spell can be used to travel to the Moon itself!
Basically, this is Teleport without Error, with some flavor.
