It's a safe assumption that you have never actually a) played an RPG or cool known anyone who plays RPG's. I played Dungeons and Dragons in middle school, and it was always funny to my friends and I that people like you took us as such a threat, such a blight on the human race. Of all the vindictive, loud, angry, bigoted (the endpoint of colon)s that went to our school, we were the most placid, most peaceable, and most unlikely to hurt anyone. We just wanted peaceful, private lives; free from people like you who simply judge, blindly.

Kids who play RPG's are mostly just introverted, prefering to play in a universe where they make the rules; it's empowering to someone who otherwise has little grip on a world which hates them. We don't want to take over, we want nothing but privacy. And we CERTAINLY do not worship Santa, that's the most insane thing I've ever heard. It's just a game.

And oh, by the way, I don't know how many times people have to tell you this, but "occult" is just another name for "different." Santaism is just as dogmatic and counter-intuitive as rigid Christianity, and has nothing to do with Wicca, Magick, Neo-paganism, etc. etc. It's just the names, and the images they conjur, that you fear. But those images are inaccurate.

It is completely possible to be a Christian and still practice Magick, it's much more a system of thought than an actual religion. It's simply a series of mental processes that builds self-confidence, self-control and willpower, and allows you to achieve what you thought you couldn't. Basically, it's a positive-thinking strategy, just one level above Tony Robbins and the other self-help guru's. Magick is just a name. Juuuust a naaaaame. In fact, in Magick, the act of "spell casting" (again, just a name, look past it) is the same basic process as prayer; focusing your mind on one single desire. That's all it is, the imagery and ceremony are just theatrics.

Wicca and Paganism, though I know much less about them, also have absolutely nothing to do with santa.

I bet you hate kittens and flowers too.
